For Boverre, industry automation means digitizing our industrial equipment and enhancing the connectivity of our production line. By installing connected instrumentation throughout the production chain, we collect real-time data that allows us to automatically regulate, stabilize, and improve our industrial processes, ultimately enhancing the quality of energy and raw materials.
Robotic Arm
Through mixing, heating, forming, and packaging applications in the production of glass products, robotic automation is primarily used for material handling purposes, especially for difficult tasks that could expose human workers to severe burns. In applications such as mitigating the impact of factory noise on workers’ health, we employ robots or robotic arms to replace manual labor, especially in areas with high noise levels. These measures improve the working environment for our employees and safeguard their well-being.
